The Story

The Thrive Leadership Seminar was born from a God-given vision placed in the heart of Randy Cicilia in 2012: to see churches flourish and pastors strengthened by capable, Spirit-filled leadership teams. Randy understood something simple but profound: no vision moves forward without leadership. Leadership is responsibility.

For nearly a decade, Randy prepared by serving churches, mentoring pastors, training leaders, and walking alongside ministries across the Netherlands and beyond. Out of this journey came a clear mandate: raise strong leaders who can carry the weight of vision and release pastors to focus on what only they can do. That mandate became the Thrive Leadership Seminar.

The Thrive Leadership Seminar is a one-day experience designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and anyone called to lead. It is not theory. It is equipping from leaders who are in the trenches of real ministry today. It is practical. It is relevant. It is transformational.

Our mission is clear: to build a culture of growth in every local church and organization. When leaders are trained, equipped, and supported, they grow, and when leaders grow, churches thrive, communities flourish, and the Kingdom advances.

 

About Randy Cicilia

Randy Cicilia is the founder of Thrive Leadership and senior pastor of Thrive City Church in Enschede, together with his wife Mireille. With over 22 years of ministry experience, Randy has led media teams, overseen youth ministry on a European level, served on senior leadership teams, and partnered with churches nationally and internationally.

His passion is simple yet powerful: to see leaders rise into their God-given purpose, leading with clarity, strength, and vision. Through coaching, training, and strategic leadership development, Randy continues to empower leaders and churches to do more than survive, to thrive.
